Aaron Clubb is the Managing Partner and Founder of Clubb Search Partners. Prior to launching CSP, Aaron joined True Search as the third partner in their Investment Professional Practice. He focuses on placing investment professionals, operating partners, business development & investor relations professionals, and talent & human capital leaders for investment management firms including: private equity, private credit, venture capital, and other alternative investment firms. Aaron also works closely with asset allocators, including: fund of funds, family offices, endowments & foundations, and pensions.

Prior to joining True, Aaron served as a member of the financial services and investment management  practices at Heidrick & Struggles. He began his career with The Sanneh Foundation as the Founder & Director of the DreamLine Corps program. 

Aaron graduated from Santa Clara University with a Finance degree and competed as a Division 1 soccer athlete while at SCU. He currently serves as a Board Director for the LEARN Charter School Network as well as The Firehouse Community Arts Center of Chicago.
