Noble Madu is a Partner at Clubb Search Partners. He focuses on placing investment professionals, operating partners, and business development and investor relations professionals at investment management firms, including private equity, private credit, venture capital, and other alternative investment firms. Noble has also worked closely with ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, endowments, and foundations.

Prior to joining CSP, Noble was a Client Consultant at Korn Ferry, where he performed advisory for private equity clients. He founded Plente Executive Search Group, where he built and led the firm’s Private Equity and Technology practices. Earlier in his career, Noble was an Investor at Goldman Sachs and Director at Bay Mountain Capital.

Noble holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University and completed a leadership program for executives in Dallas. He currently serves as Board Chair for Dallas Millennial Gala and a Board Advisor for Believe In A Dream.
